ISLE OF MISFITS (shhh… It's a Secret)

Game 2: vs. Numnums, 0-2 loss
Game 3: vs. Queen Katarin’s Men, 0-0 draw
Game 4: vs. Sel Elfique, 1-2 loss
Game 5: vs. [SL]am The Tombstone, 1-1 draw

Recap:
First tournament game was hard… The Sneaky Gits couldn't stab the rotten flesh of the drowned severely enough and they marched downfield to make 1-0 late in 1H. Then they took out Hobgobla himself and killed Gajlz dead. Or almost dead (they drafted him violently). But The Runners saw an opening and outran the Deadites drawing the game. A narrow chance for a winning TD was boggled when the runners left the pitch in quick succession chasing the loose chance. Good first match (but with WAY too little fouling!)

Numas team Numnums play Dirty! And we like it... but don't being at the end of their stick. Sinnedbad robbed us from da 1-0 TD when his scimitar cut down Sweepz. Numnums won first half clearly. 2nd half and Da Killahs got the ball over the line but Dacker fell over. Damn shoelacez! Numnums recovered da ball and hurried in a 2nd TD while we fouled as many downed bedouins as possible. Killed one. Fun times :)

Third game vs. Coach Arthur Wynne’s Kislevites. Killahs receive da ball and Sweepz viciously throws the ball to Nieft well aware of it being spiked. Nieft goes down! Apparently Sweepz got a hard time sharing the spotlight... But his egoism makes it extra tough getting the 1-0 score and he’s punched hard by a Kossar while closing in on the EZ. 2nd half The Men fail a petty pass, Hobgobla and H’Khark punch a hole in their defense and The Killahs swarm the ball. After a brutal brawl (with some brilliant stabbin’ by Dacker!) Sweepz gets his fingers on the ball again but fails a dodge which would have given The Killahs the win. 0-0 and far too little foulin’ again!

Elves... ‘Eavy armored elves. Really tuff to crack and they handle the ball wit eaze and grace - Disgusting! AND they play dirty. We don’t remember much from dat game. Mean elves...

Last game vs. Karstein affiliated vamps and their goons. Fun game. The vamp fan-boyz are really crunchy when stepped upon. We stop them on their opening drive and they demolish the LOS and ballhandler Nieft and score quickly in 2H. Maybe because we keep bootin’ that precious (ST5AG5) monster vamp which is on da floor. They set-up wit only four players for the last drive. A ghost, a thrall and two vamps. Hobgobla nails the ghost for his 3rd CAS of da game and after a bit of fightin’ wit the two bloodsuckers Sweepz run in da equalizer on T16. Good one!

Now let’z leave dhiz Island and get back on da road! FOULIN’ FTW!!!

Dhiz Git waz good. Reeeal good and one of the best on da team during SIoMT season II. But a bit of a douche when 'e threw spiked balls 'ard at da udderz. Rumourz say that the beartrap e' got 'is face caught up in looked very 'hobgobliney' in design...
