Tired of being the "good guys" (i.e. losers) in the athletics world, some of the Whitworth Trustees and staff decided to aggressively recruit...um.... aggressive recruits. After several years of trying, the staff finally pulled in enough recruits at the same time to field a coveted Football team. Due to their desperation for willing players, they had to bring in some seriously scurvy dogs....er.... rats. To avoid advertising to the less competitive Trustee and staff members how rough and tumble the new players really are, the Coach was to give them harmless sounding nicknames. Or else! With the final deadline imposed by the Head Trustee looming, the Coach (not the brightest guy in the world) was at a loss as to what those nicknames should be. The Coach's soullphone was going to ring sometime in the next 5 minutes. Gripped with fear, the Coach decided there was only one thing left to do: go get some dessert (as a last meal). Running out of time (and out of pie), the coach decided he needed another slice. Along came the waitress and the Coach uttered the fateful words that set sail the new Whitworth Football team's journey: "Can I see the menu again?" ...and then the Coach's phone rang.
