Human teams are by far among the most common sights in the Blood Bowl world and have also garnered quite the reputation. Especially with teams like the Reikland Reavers making a huge impact on the sport. As such many teams have sought to emulate the more successful of these, among them the Middenheim Moors.

This team has entered the merciless Open Leagues of Blood Bowl and being lead by the enigmatic "Captain", intended to make a huge impact on the sport. However due to a number of mishaps, devastating matches and just plain bad luck, the Middenheim Moors have seen some rather turbulent results. Despite even hiring Griff Oberwald twice did not help as much as they had hoped (Griff has since filed a a public complaint to the Moors for their poor efforts against the Skaven opposition). The Captain remains as the last founding member, the other founders having either been killed or received a career ending injury.

It is to be seen how far the team can go in the merciless Open Leagues.
