Once, back in the days when Blood Bowl was merely another sport instead of the world phenomenon it is today, there were other shows broadcast on CBS, or the Crystal Ball Service. One of these was a quiz show called The Weakest Skink, where Skinks competed together to win a prize of Lustrian gold. As Blood Bowl became more popular, however, the Skink's ratings plummeted until they were forced off the air. Seeing that all CBS showed was Blood Bowl, the show's host Ann Froginson made the executive decision of "If you can't beat them, join them" and signed the show's crew up to the next league. All in all, these Skinks are just happy to still be on the air - sure, the games of Blood Bowl are more lethal than their old game show, but the pay's much better!
