The Flame were the most successful wizard's team. The success came at a cost 4 dead and 2 cripples. The Flame were only able to sign enough players to replace the dead and will have to play very shorthanded next season.
Season#5 Overall 4-5-1 13 pts Played in WGWFL and Champions Division of WC
Fire Island won 4 of its 1st 5 and played for the WGWFL Championship. The Flame burned up in the 2nd half and ended the season with only 4 players and no wins. The Flame hope for better things as next year they will play with a full squad.
Season#6 Overall 5-1-4 14 pts Played in WGWFL. The Flame were the only WGWFL not to suffer a death. However too many times the were unable to score and had to settle for a tie. Next year they hope to capitalize with the leagues most experienced roster.
