Hailing from the town of Gipfel, the Greenleaves enter the Blood Bowl pitch with the same enthusiasm as they enter the taverns and food halls of the Old World. The wee team live for competition, disregarding the slovenly nature of their race with the goal of becoming the World's Most Splendid Halfling Team!

The 'flings began their campaign of glory in the WIL LIV. Game after game the plucky pint-sized players tried and failed to pick up a win, running in 2 touchdowns in the space of their first 7 games!
In their first season they picked up a trophy; The Greater Albion Wooden Spoon!

The LV season signalled a change of luck for the Halflings, scoring 4 TDs in the first three games, while also picking up the first non-loss in Greenleaves history!
However, the season wasn't without controversy, with Gipfel picking up two wins from opponents not turning up for the game. An independent investigation from OWAFA (Old World Amorical Football Association) showed up no wrongdoing on behalf of the Greenleaves. Unconfirmed reports later emerged on the investigators leaving the Moot Bowl with crates of Chef Oli's Rats on Sticks.
