Barbarossa was an Estalian privateer playing his "trade" off the coast of Estalia for Emperor Karl Franz. Merciless, blood thirsty and greedy, the captain would often take prisoners and toyed with them before a final cut and a push into the ocean. Unfortunately one of these prisoners took a shine to Barbarossa and cursed him and his crew to an unlife of sailing the seas and Blood Bowl which she has once picked up on her crystal ball.

Now doomed to sail the seas, the crew and their captain have taken to this new existence with a passion of sorts whilst still employing their old tricks. Stabbing people in the back when given half a chance. Under the guidance of Barbarossa and the Spooky voodoo lady that cursed them, they have become a force to be reckoned with in the 5 eyes they have left between them and are waiting to take the sevens circuit by storm. Or Tsunami, whatever helps.

Following some very disappointing results, the crew "had a chat" with Barbarossa and fired him out of a cannon under the promise to never play for the team again, the Spooky Voodoo Ladies sister was drafted in an attempt to improve matters. Barbarossa now coaches from the sidelines although to what effect is yet to be seen.
