<div class="normal">The Suddendeaths are the kind of elves most other High Elves will not even acknowledge to be of the same race:
The team was founded in the prison cells deep below Lothem by the lowliest scum that exists with the elven realms: Murderers, traitors, deserters and worse. The most ruthless criminals, each one was sentenced to a gruesome death. But not even the bit of decency to give up when caught let them accept their fate and they slaughtered the guards and the sailors of a ship, manned it and fled their homeland. Without their terrible lack of money and ample surplus of violence it was only natural for them to found a Blood Bowl team and so they play - not for fame or honour, but to escape or bribe the headhunters with the money earned. They take pride in their pasts (and presents) and have chosen their names according to the sentence that they have escaped.
Since the E.L.F.'s goal of playing a variety of teams perfectly suits their necessity to move about quickly in the Old World (read: flee from their pursuers, as they do not lay off their unappealing habit of manslaughter off-pitch) , they have joined them after their 15th match.
