BB2020 experiment... have gone all in with positionals (except one wraith) and can only afford 1 reroll. Took 5 Dedicated Fans and will hope the cash generation will enable me to secure a 2nd reroll whilst keeping the team well stocked. Game 1 - vs Halflings. Lack of ball handling and some freak rolls meant a 0-0 draw. Gate was decent, but no TD's meant only 60k in winnings. Lost one ghoul to a MNG. Thought about cut and rebuy, but decided to play a Ghoul down Game 2 and save cash. Game 2 - vs Orcs. Again a 0-0 draw. The lone reroll went early in each half. Lack of block skill was dire here and also had a Double Skull with a Wraith blitz. Wraith Foul Appearance stalled the Orc drive and got me the draw. No TDs, meant poor cash and after two games have $125k, still shy of the $140k for a 2nd RR. One golem lucked out on the MVP and gained Block skill. Lost the other Ghoul for a MNG (niggle), so will play short again. Game 3 - vs Orcs. 0-2 loss. Three games without crossing for a TD and didnt even look like we would get close. Opponent had low DF and we rolled a 1 on the fan turn out so we only got 50k. 2nd ReRoll bought, so maybe some more reliability in the blocking play as again, the lack of block is hurting bad. No injuries, so next game is full strength. Saving for 2nd Wraith now which is a further 65k. Will look for a high DF team. (PS - our DF fell to 4) Game 4 - vs Chaos 2-0 win. Finally, some run of good blocking and we gain our first win. DF returns to 5. Picked up block on one werewolf and one ghoul and purchased the 2nd Wraith. We now have all positionals and a healthy DF with a smattering of skills. Lost one wolf and one zombie to MNG(n), so Game 5 we will not have all positionals available, but they're now rostered. No leader in our future, so a 3rd RR is the next target for purchase. Game 5 - vs Goblins 3-1 win. Easy win and tried alot of spp farming. Somewhat successful and managed a number of skill ups. 75k in winnings (now 90k in treasury) and managed an increase in DF to 6. Winnings could have been more but I rolled poorly on gate and the Goblins only had a DF of 1. I believe cherry picking based on DF very important. Game 6 - vs Dwarves 0-0 draw. Agreed to the match against a good coach with Dwarves because he had 6 DF. Between us we both got 90k despite zero TD's. No spp at all save the MVP and I didnt get any skill ups, but keep 6 DF and bought the third reroll. Now after 6 games, the team is "complete". 12 players, all positionals, 6DF and 3 RR's. I think the early games were rough, but now I believe this Necro roster is well rounded at 1300k TV.
