The Not-So-Jolly Rogers are a fearsome Blood Bowl team made up of undead pirates, led by their fearless leader, Captain Teach, a Vampire Lord. The team was formed centuries ago by a group of pirates who had been cursed with eternal life, and they have been playing Blood Bowl ever since. Captain Teach is the heart and soul of the team, using his centuries of experience to lead his players to victory. He is a master strategist, always coming up with new plays that leave the opposing team scratching their heads in confusion. He is also a skilled player himself, able to move quickly and gracefully despite his undead state. The other players on the team are a motley crew of zombies, skeletons, and other undead creatures. Each brings their own unique skills to the game, whether it be superhuman strength, lightning-fast reflexes, or an uncanny ability to predict their opponent's moves. Despite their fearsome appearance, the Not-So-Jolly Rogers are a tight-knit group who work well together on and off the pitch. They have a deep respect for one another, and are always willing to lend a hand (or a severed limb) when needed. Off the pitch, the team can often be found drinking and carousing in local taverns. They are not above the occasional bar fight, but they always pay their tab and make sure to leave a good impression before they move on to the next town. The Not-So-Jolly Rogers have gained a reputation as one of the most dangerous Blood Bowl teams in the land, feared by opponents and revered by fans. They may be undead, but they play with a passion and intensity that is unmatched by any living player. With Captain Teach at the helm, there is no telling how far this team will go. They compete in the Old World Rookie Rumble #13 in order to claim the ultimate booty...that first place trophy! |
