Dell of War had humble origins, starting as a small valley camp for the training of young entrepreneurs heading to sea. Today, the campus boasts the full university experience, offering classes to teach Druchii everything they need to know to be captains of industry. At Dell of War, students can prepare for anything the world can throw at them, learning hostile takeovers, motivation of staff, and the proper management of an intern labor force.

The Blood Bowl team is a matter of pride for the university, instilling valuable lessons in the proper application of a forceful personality, strategic schemes, and, above all else, Druchii superiority. The mascot, the Blood Hen, hails from a whimsical example of hazing early in the university's history, in which a student snuck a captured harpy into a rival’s livestock pen. The chaos resulted in the deaths of dozens of beasts, one student, and an unremarked number of interns. In celebration and remembrance, a caged harpy is brought to each game. Before each home game, to pump up the crowd an underperforming intern is thrown into the harpy pen, with bets on their time within being a cherished tradition.
