Brothers of Skoll The team was created to honor Skoll, the spectral White Wolf and a companion to the great god Ulric. Every year, at the start of winter when Skoll chases the sun away, warriors, priest and followers of Ulric gather, from all corners of the lands, for a chance to win a place in the Brothers of Skoll team. This event involves not only serious brawls and heavy drinking but also a big Bloodbowl Open Game. The last players standing gain a place in the team for the coming season. The newborn Brothers of Skoll are then celebrated and prepared strongly for the challenges of a true Bloodbowl match. Every "newborn" awaits impatiently for the moment they make their first casualty on the pitch and earn their "Wolfname". The day they pass from Newborn to a true Brother. The Brothers of Skoll must always prove it's valor to Ulric in each single game. Winning is a not all that matters: they are there to stand tall after all opponents have fallen. Such is the way of Ulric, such is the way of the Brothers of Skoll! |
