Raiders from Sjoktraken in Norsca invaded the Northern Coast of the Wasteland. Before they could return with their booty to Norsca, the seas turned on them and they were stranded near the town of Broekwater. Mikkel "The Crow" Kráku, the leader of the raiders, led his crew into the town and was forced to take control of the town. Mikkel attempted to create several longboats to transport himself and his crew home to Norsca, it was not to be. Winter came in hard and forced Mikkel and his crew to spend the winter in the town. During their time in Broekwater, Mikkel and his crew found that the game of Bloodbowl was played in the town and were very impressed with the way the Broekwater youngsters played the game. Mikkel and his men decided to stay in Broekwater and harness the talent of these young Bloodbowl players. Over the years Mikkel and his crew have molded the youngsters into a fine squad and have decided to unleash them upon the Bloodbowl world. The current team, the Broekwater Ravens are led by Mikkel's own son, Kolbjorn the Red, who with many of his norse brethren have combined with the native Broekwater players to create a formidible force that will set the Bloodbowl world on edge. |
