Founded in 2492, Gorten's Goldhammers are a clan based team who were originally discovered playing in rundown settlements on the outskirts of Hammerheim, a dwarf settlement high up in the northern mountains. They were discovered by a big league talent scout quite by accident in 2494, when the major league official was in nearby Norville watching a fringe league game between the Burnsville Raiders and the Oakland Warriors. Gorten's Goldhammers were the current league champions in their area and the promise of more gold and increased status for their clan name soon led them to great arenas to play against the best sides in all of the old world. |
