Training in the deep halls beneath Winterdon Common, and making good use of all the things the Pro teams leave behind, Mord's Wombles are committed to old school, crowd pleasing, stomp based Blood Bowl. Led by Mord, an ex-Tunnel Fighter with a particular loathing of Skaven, the Wombles starting off as a concept team, basing their on-field plays on the cadence and syntax of ancient Dwarven Opera. That really didn't work out in the first two seasons, and after the mass funeral service Mord took the team in a new direction : Treat the pitch as a mosh-pit. Hoping to whip their fans into a frenzy and looking to build on their cheerleading team (one gnome with a Casio E-16E synth), the Wombles have hiiiigh hopes for the season ahead. |
