| After the Mighty Rat Revolution of King Rattus II in the Realm of Ratonia, the new King wished to have control of a Blood Bowl team. 'A team so powerful,' he proclaimed in his first speech to the nation, 'that they will conquer all! - muhahahaha!' Since this Very Royal & Ratlike Proclaimation, the "Revolutions" formed under the captain-ship of the King's son and heir, Prince Rattus. Secretly despised by his on-field mates, the Prince had the final say on every decision for the football club - including a hideous puke-green kit they must wear, as well as standing to attention every time the Prince commands. This Revolutions team dominated the first two Spud Bowls, winning 8 in a row and become renowned throughout the land - leading to King Rattus II's deposition by his son, and a new King and Revolutions team hailed - the REVOLUTIONS OF KING RATTUS THE THIRD.
