THE ICP is a Gang that was formed when the two notorious brothers Jack and Jake keckel were bought to justice, they tried for many years to excape and get help fromt he outside but were later to realise that nobody was going to come for them as there gang had been either run down, hung or shot on site anybody wearing Clown paint was a legitimate target int he emperors eyes, no childrens entertainer would be safe again. But, they found they had certain luxuries within prison that were to there liking, a steady supply of food, drugs and violence all that a pair of psycopathic twins needs to call home. Along with there reputation came respect and with respect came power that not even the guards dared to deal with. They were approached about creating a Team for the Emperors prisons league but would only do it if they could once again put on the face paint and take an active part in the precedings, and so there gang was formed again, devients, miscrients, psycopaths all were welcome and before long alll were clad in black and white paint and tattos from head to toe and the occasional piece of concealed weaponry does sometimes reach the field, without the guards knowledge of course.
