From deep beneath the World's Edge Mountains the All Stars have shambled forth to forever dominate the game of Blood Bowl in the Old World. Created by the twisted magics of a powerful necromancer in the vaults deep beneath the World's Edge Mountains, this ragged team of amazingly skilled zombies and skeletons would rather die (again) than to disappoint their coach. The necromancer, also known as the Zombie King, has named most of his children after well-reputed Blood Bowl coaches in an attempt to attract more fans (amazingly, few fans welcome the rotting stench emitted by most All Stars players).
