action for a while, and due to the low number of active teams went straight to F1 where everyone was at TR200+. The team had a hard time there, although they eventually won a few matches. Then I got bored of Faction and the team was deactivated. When Faction was closed down the team joined the new faction league in [L]. They were active there for as long as it lasted, and were actually playing a game the very moment news arrived that the new faction had also been closed down.

Since then, the Sons of Dr Wily are just a normal league team, for the first time taking part in the OCCS in May 2010.

May 2010
The team finished second in the Albion Regional Challenge. They lost the final after a number of annoying missclicks, gtr (which was fairly harmless though) and two consecutive failed dauntless rolls. Admittedly, not doing the important stuff before that slayer blitz was my mistake, and it cost me the final.

June 2010
Sons of Dr Wily took part in the Albion Regional Challenge again, and were beaten in the first round, by ZugarAmurdi's dwarfs with the difficult team name. It was a close match, both teams played well, and generally the dice decided. An unlucky ineffective foul in the first half, on the opponent's greatest star Pitufina, was critical to the loss. Dorf on dorf was fun though, haven't played many matches like that one.

July 2010
The team took a devastating beating versus mwilli72's Malekith Hydras, in the first round of the Albion Challenge. Two players, Bubbleman, an excellent lineman, and Tomahawkman, a one-skill troll slayer, were killed. They will be sorely missed. The team could, however, afford a new troll slayer right away, and so the damage could be repaired. The team lost 20TS but are looking allright for the next month.

September 2010
The Sons took part in the Antipodal, where they lost narrowly in the first round against Cyrus's Atomic Elves. Luck was terrible, and considering that 1-2 in OT was a good result.

November 2010
The team got as far as the final in Albion but were nuffled. They lost 0-1 against blackhungrybeast's Omegna Macacos. I finally decided to fire ag3 st4 niggler Heatman who was mng'd in this game, in order to get the tr down to more reasonable levels. The team is now at TR 183, which means they'll probably not take part in a tourney for a while. Well played, this month, though, getting the silver medal.

January 2011
The team once again gets to the final, albeit this time through a forfeit in the semi-final. In the final they faced another dwarf team coached by GeneralMarauder and despite having much luck initially and actually managing to stop Marauder from scoring in his half, they were cas'd and unable to overcome their numerical inferiority. Should I retire this team? They're unbalanced and lacking in numbers, with only nine players available for the next match? The next tourney will obviously be a loss in the first match, but I think I'm keeping them for now.
