It makes sense that this rowdy team decided to make their name a testament to endurance; many of them have seen better days. If not better days, than at least days when they didn't get the stuffings beaten out of them all quite so regularly. Originally a band of roving idiots prodding each other into increasingly inane (and increasingly life-threatening) dares which almost certainly involved a very entertaining maiming or horribly exciting dose of pain, such as careening off cliffs in stolen mule carts or attempting to walk blindfolded through colonies of rabid squig, the daring greenskins realized that their life was getting a bit dull. By orc standards, anyway. So, when they heard of this whole "Blood Bowl" business and its promises of money, mangling, and madhouse massacres, well, that sounded like it was right up their alley! Fortunately, a clever recruiter convinced them to apply as "Gits Who Don't Quits," instead of the much less marketable, "Gits Wot Duzzn' Fink On When Ta' Givvit Up." |
