| Most Civilized had been a semi-pro team playing in the small elvish city of Byrmynghyam, until the EBBL commissioner opened the league up to two expansion teams. The draft provided a influx of young talent, though the team owner was unable to persuade any veteran players to come over to the new team. Most Civilized was randomly selected to participate in the recently founded BUBBA tournament consisting of teams from many different races. Assuming the young players survive, the High Elf Council of Elders expects Most Civilized to bring honor and victory to the elvish lands. |
