Buccaneers blow onto the Box scene with their B team. Always looking to improve the ranks of the main team the B side boys are looking to recruit the next batch of lads. The farm team of the Buccaneers is looking to make a name for itself in the Box and continue with the domination that the varsity team in the Ranked Div has built up. They have their sights set on the Conference HPL title and are going to make a run at that. season #16 Finished in #24 place in conference with a 7/1/2 record...just ran out of time to finish the sprint.Did not compete in Premier. season #17 to #19 The B side lads never made it out of the pub and spent six months in a drunken stupor on the Hellbound road. 0/0/0 record. Season #20 The Bucs finally make it out of the pub. Stagger back into the box and get blown up!!!!! But now they are sober and right of mind. Hell bent on finishing out a HLP season. The plan is to dominate and blow up conference play and then move on to the premier. Well the plan failed, we get sidetracked in Marienberg at a low down hostel next to a brothel. We had fun though. Season #21 B side lads are recruited into the Imperial army as a halberd unit. Missed the season due to war. Season #22 Finish the Sprint with 41 points and complete the Box Full of Money quest. Finished outside the top 10 in conference final standings but finished #1 in conference/Premier play with 60 CAS for. season #23 Sat around in the pub, hanging with the fans and went on a 2 month bender. Season #24 Buccaneers blow into the Wheel of Chaos and get diced hard in the opening round. Maybe we should of been training during season #23 instead of drinking ourselves under the table every day. Making a run at the premiership this season. Finish Season #24 13th in Premiership as our last 5 matches go sideways and the Buccaneers are decimated. Season #25 and #26 Is there really any reason to continue this? Buccaneers are on a 20 game rebuild after the decimation they suffered in 2 matches at the end of season #24. Buccaneers sit around in the many pubs on the Hellbound Road drinking until they pass out every night. Spend two seasons sulking around and kicking the dirt. Season #27 Time to stop feeling sorry for ourselves. Buccaneers reenter the fray and look to take a conference title. Then they get distracted by some "hookers" in front of this red light district pub. Spend the rest of Season #27 hanging around the red light district and partying with the ladies. Season #28 Buccaneers get a memo from JJ Jones Jr., the owner of the Blood Sea Buccaneers stable of teams, that in less they actually start playing again and finish a stupid sprint he is not going to pay them any more. Alas the B side crew is back at it, just to earn a paycheck it seems, based on the results so far. Finished 8th in conference and 8th in Premier. Did not finish a premier sprint with 9 games played. Ended the season with 52 total CAS, 1st in conference for inflicting pain and suffering. Seaon #29 Buccaneers finish the sprint in Premier and finish in 4th, take home the top CAS team in Premier and Conference with 61 and 64 total CAS. Finished 9th in Conference. Season #30 Buccaneers just get bored with all of it and then get decimated by a orc crew of thugs and they decide to take the season off and just get drunk and lick our wounds. *************** Buccaneers blow into the end of year Brawl of ARGGGH VS HLP 2014. Some how the Bucs have decimated all before them and now find themselves in the finals. Taken down in the finals in OverTime by some low down elves!!!! ARRGHHHH!!!!! Buccaneers enter the end of year FUBAR Cup, 2015 and get taken down in the opening round by, yep, you quessed it, some stupid Elf team. BAH!  A note on my Dirty Players: None of my players are low down dirty. They are just all veterans of the Blood Bowl trenches and know all the moves necessary to hurt other players. For some reason they call that skill set "dirty" in Blood Bowl. I call it a necessary survival skill set for any lineman and should not be frowned on. |
