The Barak Varr Voyagers are a team formed from explorers and sailors hailing from the Dwarf hold of Barak Varr. Barak Varr, the Gate to the Sea, is unique amongst the Dwarf Strongholds in that it is a massive harbour carved deep into the cliffs overlooking the Black Gulf.

The Barak Varr Voyagers have for many years sailed the oceans in their iron steam driven behemoths and completed countless expeditions around the known world. Having become increasingly exasperated with the relentless scoffs and insults from their less enterprising, land based brethren they have left their life on the open ocean behind in order to undertake an altogether safer endeavour of playing Blood Bowl.

Having proven themselves to be the masters of the sea, they now aim to prove themselves the masters of the astrogranite. Whatever elves can do the Barak Varr Voyagers can do better.
