Nome's sister team, the Valkryie are being built like the Norsemen. A solid amount of blocking training and build to a full squad with imports for year#2. A mid season death robbed captain Ericson of his top receiver.
Season#3 0-6-4 4 pts 19th place out of 20
The only team in the USWFL not to win a game. The Valkryie changed lineups often unable to figure out a starting lineup. Viking hopes to rebound next year in the Western Conference.
Season#4 Western Conference 4-4-1 13 pts 9th pace out of 18 overall 4-5-1 13 pts The Valkryie finally turned the corner and played .500 ball in the Western Conference. The coaching staff has taken a slow well round approach to developing the team. Viking expect to compete for a title next season.
Season#5 Overall 5-3-2 17 pts Played in Centralia Division and Division 2 of WC Start the regular season in great form, leading at the 1/2 way mark. Things then went south, but the Valkryie rebounded to win Division 2 of the WC. The Vikings are one of the most under rated teams in the league and will return with the same team.
