About Lake Lokka Rowing
Near the center of Amazonia lies beautiful Lake Lokka. On the cliffs above the lake is the holy Shrine Of Rigg which commemorates the mythic union between Rigg, the Amazon Goddess of war, and Amex, the Sea Elf God of wealth and happiness

On the northern shore of the lake, nestled beneath the cliffs supporting the Shrine, sits Lake Lokka Rowing Club. There, the tallest and most dedicated of high-society Amazons learn to row. They wake up early and eat lactic acid for breakfast.

LLRC’s mission is hard to understand. Rowing is miserable. It's expensive. No cargo is carried. No aims, other than moving boats fast, are achieved. The lake could be put to better use than this. The people could be put to better use than this. Nonetheless, whole lives are devoted to Lake Lokka Rowing, and have been for generations. The most prestigious Amazon universities care about moving boats as fast as possible. Thus, rowing proliferates. And so long as it does, LLRC’s boats will be faster than yours; you slow-catching, no leg-drive cowards.

"We love to hate it and hate to love it; but love it we do. Lake Lokka will be faster than you."

LLRC is using the off season to cross-train. Blood Bowl has been chosen as a good way to increase pain tolerance. Armor, like pogies, is for cowards.

Season 7 Silver - Argentum League: 6/0/1 - 1st Place in the division and #1 in points overall. #1 in NWBL for total casualties and casualty differential, Tied for #1 in NWBL in touchdown differential. #2 in total team SPP. Team captain Hakka the Hammer wins the Golden Destroyer award for most casualties in all of NWBL. LLRC is Promoted to Gold

Forced Retirement; Paralyzed from the waste down (-AG). Took a chainsaw to the neck from Running With Chainsaw II of Yandere Fan Club. Determined to stay in rowing, she is currently training for Arms-And-Trunks paralymipics trials in the single.

Killed- Punched in the throat by Hunter Bristlebeard, Renegade human lineman of Tobol River Raiders. The family has requested that her remains be weighted and sunk off the docks of LLRC. Given that she was not a particularly talented oarswomen, a very generous donation will be required for the board accommodate this request.

Spare: Zippy Zyanya, Linewoman- 06/17/2024; Season 7 game 7
Killed - Having been promoted to team kicker the week prior, Zippy sent her first ever kickoff straight into the stands. Given this lackluster performance, nobody was too upset when she had her face stomped in by Kings Royal Family's hobgoblin Deer in the Field Jr. The referee certainly did not care. A perfunctory funeral will be held following the conclusion of Season 7's Cup competitions.

Spare: Yelly Shelly. - 06/28/2024; Round 2 of the Season 7 EFL cup
Shelly was on the roster for like, five minutes. She said she was a coxswain and tried to prove it by yelling micromanagement at everyone she encountered. She was yelling right up to the moment when Bumps In The Knight's Zombie Isabella Lerin smashed her shoulder with his foot. Then, of course, she kept yelling. We knew nothing about her and now she's gone. Bye Shelly.
