TEAM BIO

Whilst the Drakwald Dragons may not be well know in Blood Bowl circles, this is purely down to the previously clandestine necessity surrounding Chaos tainted teams.

With the lifting of sanctions imposed by the NAF, Chaos teams like the Dragons have been able to play official matches against affiliated opponents, foolish as they might seem. These changes have been gradual but now, at last, the Chaos Draft League has gone mainstream and its founding franchises will aim to entertain the fans with the variety of Tzeentch, violence of Khorne, vindictiveness of Slaanesh, and virulence of Nurgle.

The Dragons name was chosen by a secret ballot of fans. The final name was inspired by the vast stone carving on the towering cliffs that run along the eastern bank of the River Reik.

Other contenders were Carroburg Crows, Carroburg Greatswords, Middenland Misfits, Middenheim Grand Dukes, or the more wordy Great Drakwald Forest Blazing Suns.
