| The Covenant of Steel Originally formed by the marriage of 2 great ironworking families in Karak-azur, "The families of iron" soon attracted more and more prosperous metalworking families, copper, steel, platinmum, and even the rare ithilmir-working families. The families of iron renamed themselves as the "Covenant of Steel", embracing all metalworking warves that chose to join. the Covenants of Steel sponsored some of the most ambitious building projects the dwarves have ever undertaken, exemplary are their nautical projects, the nautilus, and the dreadnought. recenty, younger members of the covenant have been rebelling against their lifestyle. the Covenant elders, rather than have the youngsters follow the path of the slayer hired a pair of slayers to lead their rebellious youth in a sponsored team in the greatest game on earth, the blood bowl, on the understanding that the youth's uphold the covenants honour... so, a dwarf team that: 1/ wont stall, they wanna win 2/ wont foul unneccessarily 3/ wont risk other actions when scoring is a prospect 4/ plays to win 5/ aims to one day play the passing game |
