The Ex-Cheerleaders were formed by the redoutable Charmaine Icehands from her band of Chaos All-Stars cheerleaders. Charmaine's group were so bored by the daily grind of watching the All-Stars pound out another triumph that they turned to beating on opposing teams cheerleaders instead.

Charmaine's father, the well known All-Stars second sub-assistant pot washer, suggested she form her own team and so the Ex-Cheerleaders were born.
