The Pointy Hats were rubbish. I mean, there was bad, and then there was The Pointy Hats. There were so bad, people turned up just to bet on how many fumbles they could make each game.

The problem was, they thought they were brilliant. No matter how much their coach berated them, how many times their goblin second-string side ran in three touchdowns against them, it just wouldn't get into their heads that they were not Blood Bowl players.

And yet the fans turned out every week...
