So, wanted to try out the Nurgle Team, and what happens? 1st game. Nose gets killed by a thrown rock before the game starts = higher force telling me not to play with Nurgle? Then my beast fails a three-dice tackle. But suddenly something happens. The Wood-elfs fumble and not once. Horns kick in and I have the ball. I break free. Yet again the beast fails a 3dice tackle, but this time doesn't fall down. However, don't ask me why, I take an extra step and he falls. Then, finally, he proves his strenght causing a SI. We screw up the TD because I forget I don't have block :). Second half begins with a blitz for the elfs. Then my beast gets two skulls on a block and we have a turnover. The elfs score a turn or two later before I get the tie in the eight. 2nd game. Well. 0-3 says it all. Except that once again one of the players got themselves killed. Rest in peace Chili. 3rd and final? game. Two players killed and one SI already in the first half. Never ever play teams with dirty players...Does not help that we inflicted 2 BH and one SI - without fouling (!). With one of my players KO and one of his BH because of throw team mate, and one red card, second half starting lines have 7 players each. Two of my players badly hurt at once - one to a trees mighty blow, another to yet another dirty player. |
