Bad News Bombers

The Bad News Bombers, a ragtag collection of former orphans, gamblers, criminals, pirates, and general ne'er-do-wells, hailing from the slums of some of the poorest cities in the New World, are slowing growing into a force to be reckoned with.

Due in part to a curse of bad luck brought on by their namesake, the Bad News Bombers battled through a grueling 13 game losing streak that saw them from their rookie season into the upper echelons of the league. After breaking the string of losses with a win against the Dark Angels, a grizzly Dark Elf side, now-star thrower and team captain Mirco was quoted as saying "We will play Dark Elves any day of the week."

After the recent death of Massimo, the squad's first lineman to gain +S, which occured just one match after the Bombers broke the streak, to a Dark Elf side called Store Bastian, Captain Mirco said, "We will still play Dark Elves any day of the week, but will be sure to kick any of their blitzers with mighty blow when they're down."

As they start a new season, the Bombers are still seeking Blood Bowl glory, as well as replacements for the inevitable injuries that plague every Elf team.
