All skills chosen for the team have been decided by the rest of the Danes in the #fumbbl.dk channel. No skill has been chosen by me. They don't always agree on what skill to take, of course, so they often vote or come to compromises. I leave it to them to decide how they wish to do it. They also decide most of the player based decisions such as who to retire and what to buy when needed, although a no-skill niggled Lineman I can fire on my own.

There is only one rule they must follow; the skills chosen have to be serious, so no Diving Catch for the Ogre for instance.
