NWL Black Fire Pass Blitzers
P [L] Dwarf

Hailing from Black Fire Pass and the Black Mountains, the Blitzers are a hodge-podge collection of dwarf warriors and miners assembled into a recent blood bowl team.



With funding from the Engineers Guild locally, their head coach, "Anvil" Bill Crusher, wanted to redeem himself and his lost home, the stronghold of Karak Varn.

Coach Crusher believes in hard-hitting yet honorable battle on the pitch. The team will play by "Dwarven Honor" rules. Meaning quite simply, the team will NOT foul unless fouled upon. That being said, once that honor has been broken, it will be all out war. And, since dwarfs never forget those who have wronged them, those who have beaten them, all shall be entered into the book of grudges.

As of May 2009, Both Blitzer Jak Hammerbert and Slayer Arnold Hammerson are listed as 7th and 8th overall in League as players who have thrown the most blocks amongst dwarf teams.

Aeriel Assault Armada: Game 1 of season 6. lost 0-3, won casualties 2-0 Coach: Bampf

St. Louis Hams: Game 2 of season 6. Lost 1-2, lost casualites 1-4 Coach: Prophane. 2nd game in Season 11. Tie 1-1, casualties, won 2-1. Grudge Still pending. (Almost was Avenged!)

FOUL! Stench: Game 3 of season 6. Lost 1-2, won casualties: 4-3 Coach: Jkarr

Permanent Plutocracy: Game 5 of season 6. Lost 1-2, no casualties in game. Coach: Da_Todfatha. Again, Game 6 of Season 7. Lost 1-2 but suffered only 1 casualty, the death of Chunky Okobi. In his honor 4 opposing players were injured including 2 deaths. Grudge unavenged. Permanent Plutocracy is retired, but the Coach, Da_Todfatha is still at large.
