TIA (Tecnicos Investigacion Aeroterráquea) is a fictitious organization with the mission to serve and protect citizens from criminals. The TIA is a parody, created by Francisco Ibáñez, of the American CIA. TIA is the agency where Mortadelo&Filemon work (Clever&Smart for english speakers if I'm not wrong).
