Three Strikes and your out. Players will not be retired until they have 3 niggleing injuries (or killed of course).
This could make for some uphill games, but let us see how the ball bounces.

It seems the guys decided to bypass the 3 niggle injuries altogether and just retire themselves through death. The teams first game was a horrible mess where luck turned against them at every turn and ended with a loss, ff decrease and the loss of 2 players.
