Suddenly, the halflings found themselves deprived of their heroes, the legends were all gone and the discomfort rose high and hard in the Grand County of the Mootland. For years, the halfling gave up to drinking and wandering, their entire Blood Bowl community fell to pieces, no good teams seemed to be able to rise from the ashes of the Sammiches.

Then one day an old halfling came around, saying once he was a reserve in the Sammiches. He played few games with the famous team, but he knew the secrets of flying and landing on his big feet with a ball in hand, he knew how to score and dodge, how to stomp a grounded opponent, how to sidestep around big guys. He started a school, and the school became a team.

Slowly, they started to play to revive the Sammiche's legend. Only time will tell if this will become the new legendary halfling team in Blood Bowl.".
