Skywing Dragons were founded by a fashion magazine for sports named URBAN COMBAT. The motivations of the magazine were the start of a new marketing strategy. Its basic concept of harnessing even if nothing new, top-level sport for grassroots and thus the masses as a sales vehicle. Unique approach to date, however, the women's enthusiasm for Blood Bowl, as these significantly higher budget for fashion than men. Shortlisted were also a team of Amazons. However, after a short testing period it was quite clear that the Executive Committee determines an elf team. In principle, the selection of new talents, besides the usual physical and tough selection criteria and understanding of tactics and strategy, is the aesthetical aspect.
