Once upon a time chaos ruled the Highlands as Baal and his minions took up residence while waiting for the soulstones to deliver them once again to their throne of power. But a hero from Harrogath known as JakeTheSnake arrived to make things right. Jake thought he had done enough when he had defeated Diablo...but then word arrived that Baal himself had to be dealt with. Many beautiful summers have passed since Jake arrived and rescued the warrios of Harrogath and dispatched Baal...and soon the peace was TOO peaceful for such a warlike people. Jake had amassed quite a collection of helmets, armour and most importantly Gold while on his adventures and when Waylid the caravan driver happened to mention in passing one day that the sport of Blood Bowl was being played..well...it was just what a bunch of barbarians wanted to hear. Rallying behind their hero the Harrogath Highlanders have arrived!!! And then in Game 8...a lowly band of Chaos Dwarves arrived in the Highlands. Jake thought little of it...and after they KILLED him he thought little of anything. With their leader dead there was little left to do except sell his armour and get on with life. The HIGHLANDERS was now but a memory. Good Bye Blood Bowl. |
