Went down with the ship, but so did most of us. Only 1 raft made it away before we broke up on the rocks, prayers to the drowned god that the high ladies Van Der Voort made it safety.

Somehow managed to make it to shore, but an ill wind blows, the spray biting like a cheap harlot. The reavers attacked under the full moon, and they were upon us before we the watch could sound an alarm.

Another 3 survivors have also beached, but the bodies wash up by the dozen under the new moon, the darkness not betraying their failure. We bury what we can in the dunes but the weariness is setting in. Maybe 8 corpses remain...
