Middenheim City College is one of two Universities from the City State of Middenheim. The MCC is the lone Elven specialised college in the Empire, accepting only elven applicants to give them an education opportunity in a land away from their homes. Unlike the high elf universities, the Harlequins have been playing within the Imperial college system since its inception. They have had numerous successful teams but always struggle with high player turnover. Fans of the Harlequins usually consist of the elven folk and Sigmar worshippers. They are known for their optimistic view that “this is their season” where they will go injury free and win the title.
