"Founded by Obscin the Deadly, a Clan Skryre Warlock, this group of Skaven claims the largest of the old Dwarf forges beneath Karak Azgal.

There, Obscin crafts strange weapons, constructing bizarre devices using the equipment left behind by the Dwarfs along with his own twisted Clan Skryre methods. Obscin’s Clanrats go to war wielding strange weapons infused with the power of warpstone.

His appetite for the substance is insatiable, and he will stop at nothing to obtain more of it to complete his great experiment — a horrific machine, even by Clan Skryre standards.

However, recent political upheaval around the World’s Edge Mountains saw Obscin make an ill-advised exit from the Skaven Union of the Black Mountain network of tunnels.

This caused the value of Karak Azgal warpstone to plummet, meaning Obscin's Clanrats have had no option but to turn to the lucrative (but deadly) sport of Blood Bowl in order to secure more funds; thus continuing production of Obscin's terrifying machinations..."
