Welcome to the Team Page of the Skar Bay Sharks, proud members of the DLE!.

The DLE is a NFL themed league comprsising of 32 teams split in to 2 Conferences- KFC (Karlf Franz Conference) and the SHC (Sigmar Heldenhammer Conference). Each conference is split in to 4 divisions - North, East, South and West. The DLE replicates the fixtures of the NFL with a full 16 game season facing of against your Division rivals twice plus games against other teams in your Conference and from the other Conference. Thanks to some excellent work from Wreckage we have an automated League table system to keep track of the standings. At the end of the regular season the top 12 teams (6 from each Conference) move on to the Play-Offs to fight it out for the SuperBowl Championship!

With the recent move to custom rosters we can also boast of custom player icons for each team (thanks Cowhead!).

What of the "Draft" i hear you ask? Yes, we have a fully function Player Draft at the end of every season as well as inter-team player transfers- 1 mid-season and one during the Draft. Teams are assigned picks just as in the RL NFL according to your final position in the League. These Picks can be swapped/traded for other picks or players or a combination of both.

The Draft is populated with an average of 160 players all with their own unique skills combinations- managed by the exceptional bghandras. Not happy that someone else gets to decide on the skill combos? Well, there is always the option of joining the DLE 7's College League where you can develop your own players and nurture them until its time for them to enter the Draft.

But wait! The fun doesnt stop there. This is a fluff heavy League and thanks to some very active coaches there are regular blog posts, player stats tracking, weekly player awards, match reports and if you want to cause some carnage there is even the Head Hunters group who actively hunt down players involved in Trades to try and scupper deals!

Knights put a halt on that run. Scrapped through the 2nd half of the season and secured a Play Off berth in the Wildcard spot. Vikings totally out-played us here. Still very happy with the overall performance.
