In fact, it is the greatest honour for a Pillager to enter the Halls of Khorne in the Realm of the Dark Gods after giving up his ghost on the Blood Bowl pitch. The Pillagers hail from Crabby Cove, a small fishing village that abuts the terrifying Sea of Claws in frigid, mountainous Norsca. Not far off lies Troll Country, where Coach Gozer leads expeditions to capture his Snow Troll players. Hard times have fallen on Crabby Cove, thanks to overfishing by Nipponese ships that have invaded nearby waters. This has forced the Norsemen who live there to supplement their income by raiding unsuspecting villages to the south, and by forming Blood Bowl teams to compete in the CIBBL.
