Grimsby Vikings
The Grimsby Vikings are a founding franchise of the DLA EU division.

Their franchise name comes from the towns history, "According to legend, the name Grimsby derives from the name Grim, a Viking fisherman, the suffix -by being the Old Norse word for village."

The coach of the team is chimp2010, a Grimsby local who has a great love for Blood Bowl and jumped at the chance to have a local team!

Team colours are inspired by three things... The blue represents the woad that Vikings used to die their clothes and paint their skin, the Black represents the soot left in their wake.
