The Miners were dragged up from the dark and rebranded as the Mountain Men. An enterprising lumber magnate bought the franchise to promote healthy living in the great outdoors (preferrably at one of his mountain resorts and hotels), and with its roots from cold Fyfe it seemed a perfect fit. Never mind that the team mainly consists of southerners hired after the teams inception, the crisp mountain air is bound to do them some good. Some grumbled at the new uniforms with their fur hats but all in all the transition has been well received.
