Paravon Part-timers
Roster [L] Bretonnian 7s

Hearalding from the historically famous Castle Bastonne tales of the great Paravon Penetrators had been told countless times around many a fire place. From the great hall down to the loweliest tavern all knew of the greatest name in Bretonnian sports.
It was in one such tavern that a group of friends decided they wanted a little more fun in their lives. Sure tending the fields paid the bills and kept a roof over their heads but it was hardly rewarding. A distraction was needed!
The next morning taking an unscheduled break from work they had a classic 'jumpers for goalposts' style chuck around. What a morning it was! They were having so much fun they failed to keep track of time or anything else going on around them. Surprisingly for everyone involved they weren't awful! It wasn't long before a small crowd gathered to watch what was essentially grown men pushing each other over in the mud.
That afternoon however some of the young knights who owned small parcels of land heard of the frolics and sought to put the peasants back in their place. I mean, how dare they have fun, there was work to be done! The peasants begged with the arrogant young knights. They'd never had such fun. It took some convincing but finally they convinced the knights it was in their interest to allow a little sport. They would work so much harder if given a morning off every week for a little amateur blood bowl. It didn't take long before the young knights started to join in, quickly hogging the ball and using the peasants as buffers so they didn't get their fine clothes dirty.
Thus in honour of their great heroes the Paravon Part-timers were born. Now all they needed was an actual game rather than just a grubby chuck around.
