Chris and Mari's Discount Nobs started as a bizarre advertising campaign to spruik the eponymous Chris and Mari's Gnoblar Mill.

However, Chris and Mari soon realised there was more money on the blood bowl pitch than in selling discount Nobs. The Nobs have developed a dedicated fan base of voyeuristic sadists who will pay top dollar for front row seats to watch discount Gnoblars get splatted. The so called Gnob Gobblaz eagerly sit on the sidelines waiting for a chance to emulate the team's stars and eat any Gnoblar unfortunate enough to get surfed into the crowed.
