Note: I stacked a skill on war dancer #2, so I left the 6th skill blank, since I have to spend an additional SP to stack.

However, I was limited to 6 skill choices with a budget of 1,150,000, which would indicate that wood elves are tier 1, not tier 2 as they are listed in the instructions page.

Makes sense to me because the wood elves are tier 1 in WC, I think, but I just wanted to let you know in case you need to change that in the instructions/tournament page.
