Sweltering heat impacted both teams equally, the stink from the Nunhead Nectrotics was unbearable at times with the hot sun belting down on their stinking flesh. An early second half score from the Pharaoh De Janeiro boys gave Nunhead hope for a score but this was put to bed by an amazing blitz and a super fast Gutter Runner who claimed the glory for himself and his team. The Nectrotics shuffled off the pitch at full time with their heads hung low ... I mean, they always have their necks hanging off their heads but today they were extra low after disappointing their fans.


1-0 VICTORY vs Unleashed Horrors led by Blasphemy
From the sweltering heat in their first game into a Blizzard in their second. This was a hard hitting game between Undead and Tomb Kings, clocking up 5 removals in the first half (all regenerated) and a lot of back and forth. The Nectrotics managed to put a stop to the Horrors first half drive and luckily got away with a TD late in the second half after a failed rush in the blizzard for the Horrors. Casualties continued as the game went on with Nunhead being on the worst side of it with their star Ghoul, Sebastian Bragi, dying (again) and with Wight, Audrey Gean, getting niggled at a key moment, the Coach told her to jump in the open grave with Sebastian and that was that. Farewell, we hardly knew ya! The Necrotics shuffled off at full time with their heads swinging back on their heads, mouths agape in some kind of twisted smile having picked up their first win of the season. Scary stuff...
