| It all started with Mance Rayder, King-beyond-the-Wall, having a bad morning. He was abnormally cranky and everyone wanted to stay out of his way. So, his followers needed something to do while waiting for their esteemed leader to calm down. They picked up the head of one of the dead Crows that were lying around and started tossing it around.
